5. We are already advertising on other vacation rental websites like VRBO.com. Why do we need to advertise here?

The other vacation rental websites are great sites and we encourage you to continue your advertising there but none of them are focused on one exclusive location. Our website is exclusive to Tan-Tar-A Estates and you are not one of thousands of listings from all over the world. When a potential renter looks on our site they see information and property's in Tan-Tar-A Estates. For the low  cost and the potential rental income generated from a site like ours it makes sense to advertise on our online vacation rental website.

7. How are you marketing the website so we will get traffic?

We market several different ways. First we use pay-per-click advertising, newspaper ads, radio ads, and email marketing. We also have links on several vacation rental sites.  Most people now make their lodging reservation by searching online and if they search for lodging at the Lake of the Ozarks in Tan-Tar-A Estates we are there for them to find.
